- Each year an amusement device must be registered with the Department of Justice and Public Safety and inspected before the beginning of the season for the operation of the device.

Amusement rides must be registered with the Chief Inspector before going into service and on an annual basis thereafter. The owner of the device is required to file a schedule of set-up on the device for the season. A separate registration form must be completed for each new amusement device. All device renewals can be completed at the same time.
