Amusement Device
Amusement rides must be registered with the Chief Inspector before going into service and on an annual basis thereafter. The owner of the device is required to file a schedule of set-up on the device for the season. A separate registration form must be completed for each new amusement device.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Each year an amusement device must be registered with the Department of Justice and Public Safety and inspected before the beginning of the season for the operation of the device.
