Amusement Device
Amusement rides must be registered with the Chief Inspector before going into service and on an annual basis thereafter. The owner of the device is required to file a schedule of set-up on the device for the season. A separate registration form must be completed for each new amusement device. All device renewals can be completed at the same time.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Each year an amusement device must be registered with the Department of Justice and Public Safety and inspected before the beginning of the season for the operation of the device.

There are two methods to register a new amusement device:

  • Apply & Pay Online

    To apply and submit your registration form online, you will need:
    • Valid Method of Payment
    • Device information

       

  • Print & sent by mail

    Fill out your registration form online, print and submit by mail.
    Please include your payment in the form of a certified cheque or money order, payable to the Minister of Finance.

Renew Amusement Device(s) ($125.00/Device)
