A Plumber Licence authorizes the holder to install, alter, extend, renew or repair plumbing systems, or make a building sewer connection or disconnection while being employed by a New Brunswick licenced plumbing contractor.
  • All plumbing system construction work must be done by a provincially licenced plumber who is employed by a licenced plumbing contractor.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must hold a New Brunswick Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) in the plumbing trade.

  • Valid Method of Payment
  • Electronic copy of NB Certificate of Qualification (C of Q)

Fill in your application form online, print and submit by mail.

Please include your payment in the form of a certified cheque or money order, payable to the Minister of Finance.
