A Plumbing Contractor Licence authorizes the holder to contract to install, alter, extend, renew or repair plumbing systems, or make a building sewer connection or disconnection.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must hold a New Brunswick Plumber's Licence, must have successfully completed a contractor's exam or must be an employee with qualifications and must pass the contractor's exam.
  • Note: The completion of a contractor’s exam with a minimum mark of 70% is required before a licence is issued.

Fill in your application form online, print and submit by mail.

Please include your payment in the form of a certified cheque or money order, payable to the Minister of Finance.
